Our Story

Poured everywhere.

From a small prairie distillery to centre ice and Caesars Palace. The Sipp story, in five years.

Sipp Vodka

The Sipp Promise

We don't add.
We don't subtract.
We filter.

Precision filtered. Canadian-grown wheat, prairie water. No glycerol, no sugar, no citric acid. Bottled exactly as it was made.

The Story

A small distillery,
quietly built.

Sipp began the way the best Saskatchewan stories do. Quietly. A 3,600-square-foot distillery on the edge of Prince Albert. A few partners who'd grown up on prairie grain and prairie water, and weren't satisfied with what was on the shelf.

The plan was simple, and stubborn. Refine to a level of purity that didn't need explanation. No glycerol. No sugar. No citric acid. Filtered until there was nothing left to remove. Bottle it. See what people thought.

What people thought was Platinum. Sipp Awards 2022 · One of five worldwide

That international SIP Awards Platinum medal in 2022 changed things. The recognition gave us the credibility to reach out and build partnerships of our own — the Calgary Flames, Calgary Stampeders, and Edmonton Oilers. A 92-point score at the Alberta Beverage Awards followed. Then Las Vegas: Caesars Palace and Mark Wahlberg's Flecha Cantina.

The distillery has grown from 3,600 square feet to 33,000. The team is bigger. The reach is wider. The recipe hasn't changed, and it isn't going to.

From the team

We're not chasing trends. We're not chasing scale for the sake of it. We're chasing a pour you can drink straight, in a glass on a Tuesday, and know we got it right.
