Legal drinking age
You must be of legal drinking age in your province, territory, or country to use this site. In Saskatchewan that is 19.
By passing the age confirmation you are stating that you meet it. Misrepresenting your age is a breach of these terms, and please do not pass this site to anyone who is under it.
What this site is
This is the marketing site for Sipp Vodka. It exists to show you what we make, where to find it, and how to reach us.
It is not a store. We do not take orders or payment here, and nothing published on this site is an offer to sell alcohol to you directly. Purchases happen through the licensed retailers listed on Where to Buy, under their terms and their prices.
Wholesale, distribution, and event agreements are set out in the relevant order or contract. Those documents govern the deal, not this page.
Product and stockist information
The stockist list and map are maintained by us with help from the retailers on it. Stock moves. A store that carried Sipp last month may be out today, and a listing can go stale between updates. Call ahead before making the drive.
We work to keep product descriptions, ingredients, and tasting notes accurate, and they are published for general information. The label on the bottle or can in your hand is the authoritative source for ingredients, alcohol content, and allergens.
Brand, photography, and content
The Sipp name, logo, packaging design, product photography, and the writing on this site belong to Sipp Vodka.
You are welcome to link to our pages and share them. You may not reuse our photography, copy, or branding commercially, or in any way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.
Press and media are a different story. Get in touch and we will send you assets and approved copy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, its forms, or its hosting. Do not use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited commercial messages. Do not scrape the stockist data to pass off as your own.
Links to other sites
We link out to retailers, mapping services, and responsible drinking resources. Those sites are not ours. We are not responsible for their content, their products, their pricing, or their privacy practices.
Responsible drinking and marketing
Sipp is made for adults who enjoy it in moderation. Do not drink and drive, do not operate machinery after drinking, and do not serve alcohol to anyone under legal drinking age.
For guidance on lower-risk drinking, the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction publishes Canada's Guidance on Alcohol and Health. If drinking has stopped being a choice, it is worth talking to someone about it.
How we market matters just as much. Every page of this site sits behind an age confirmation. We do not direct our advertising at anyone below legal drinking age, and we do not use imagery, music, or personalities that appeal primarily to minors.
We do not suggest that drinking Sipp improves your driving, your athletic performance, your professional success, or your standing with anyone. We do not depict excessive consumption, and we do not present alcohol as a solution to a problem.
Our advertising follows the rules set by the liquor authorities in the provinces where Sipp is sold, along with the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards. If you think something we have published crosses a line, tell us at hello@sippvodka.ca and we will look at it.
No warranty and limits on liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every detail published on it is current at the moment you read it.
To the extent the law allows, Sipp Vodka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the site changes. The effective date beside the contents list tells you which version you are reading, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
